Responsible AI

AI is part of how modern businesses operate, and part of what we help clients implement. This page sets out the principles we hold ourselves and our AI-related work to.

Draft - pending legal review

This page is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by a legal professional. Last reviewed: .

Human oversight

AI-supported work is always reviewed by a person. We design workflows with humans in the loop, especially wherever output affects customers, staff or money.

Client data protection

We do not put confidential client data into AI tools without agreement on which tools are used and how data is handled. Data minimisation is the default.

No blind automation for high-risk decisions

We do not recommend or build fully automated decision-making for high-risk areas such as hiring, credit, legal or safety decisions. Those decisions stay with accountable people.

Transparency

When we design AI-supported workflows for clients, we document where AI is used, what it does, and where its limits are - so teams know what they are relying on.

Review and governance

AI tooling and use cases change quickly. We review our own AI use and the guidance we give clients regularly, and we build governance and escalation paths into AI integration work.
