- Context you choose to share about your business, such as revenue band and the areas you need help with.
- Correspondence if you email us directly.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and recommend where to start.
- To deliver services you engage us for.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any engagement that follows. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@ikigaiuk.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Third parties
Form submissions are delivered to us by an email delivery provider acting as a processor. Our hosting provider processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve the website. We do not run advertising trackers.
