How quickly can we start?
Micro-packages typically start within one to three weeks of scoping, depending on availability. Embedded engagements take a little longer to set up because we agree an operating rhythm first.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Our focus is UK SMEs, but most of the work is delivered remotely, so location is rarely a blocker. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
What does an initial consultation involve?
A conversation, not a pitch. We ask about the business, the problem and what you have already tried, then recommend the cleanest place to start - which is sometimes a smaller package than you expected, or a Skillex resource.
How is pricing agreed?
Every engagement is scoped after a consultation. You see scope, timeline and price before committing. Embedded support uses a revenue-banded model so pricing scales with the size and complexity of your business.
Do we have to commit to a retainer?
No. Most clients start with a fixed-scope micro-package. Ongoing support is available when it makes sense, and it scales up or down with the business.
What is Skillex and is it part of Ikigai UK?
Skillex is a separate learning platform connected to Ikigai's operating approach. It hosts courses, templates and playbooks. It is external to this site - we link to it, but it is its own platform.
